woul;d anyone know why my fan (heater/ac) would be on fullblast one min then blow softly the next  (at a sto light) then when  iaccelerate go full blast on again?? lol  my car has a cold temp thermostat in it so the temp gauge never usually leaves the white on the right.

Sounds like the battery isn't providing enough power at idle. Does the speed of the fan increase if you raise the revs while stationary?

The motor under the passenger dash tray might need a good clean as i had this problem too. I also took out the motor bushes which where covered in water and cleaned them up. Works perfect now.

It happens when water enters the scuttle area under the bonnet and drips on the motor.

Switch your fan on and 'tap' the motor/blower bit. If it slows down or speeds up then do them steps^
