Can I fit an induction kit to my 1991 Golf Driver, what other mod can you suggest to get more of a GTI performance out of it, without buying a GTI?

Don't bother with the induction kit, the air box is right at the back on the golf driver, it will suck in hot air.
Get a 8v gti cam from a scrapyard and fit a weber carb.

Take the pipe off the end of the carb, Take it into halfords and have them measure it and order a cone filter that will fit over the end, When it arives, take the filter and bolt it to the end of the pipe and mount it behind your grill, They take out the pannel filter from insde the car and your done
