Idle Speed High & Wierd

Hi, on my digifant the idle speed when the engine is hot sits around 1400 and goes up to 2000 and then drops back down to 1400 and repeats itself....

Initial ideas?

idle switch or wiring to back of throttle body I'd say, could also be an air leak
