tech websites??

I am looking for a good Tech web page for mk1 golfs, somthing that can tell me info about my motor and how to build it for more power, Info like audi Throttle body swaps, turbo set ups, what parts fit off othere vw'b and audi's etc etc

Take a lot of it with a pinch of salt, some good info if you are willing to filter out the $hite.
