Cruise Control...

My MK5 has cruise control, it works fine, when it is switched on the green light indicates  in the speedo but i just can't work out why from time to time this light turns white...... :undecided:  any ideas ????

Can't say I've noticed this.  Are you sure it isn't just the sunlight 'bleaching' the colour when the car is at certain angles to the sun?  :undecided:
