front bumper

im looking for a new front bumper in black after ripping my old one to peices trying to fit my fmic. what price should i be paying???? should i go straight for a r32 or should i beg asmond for his at a resonable price ;)

Depends where you look.  VW will charge you mega pounds, but I'm not a fan of the fake R32 bumpers.
