Mk 1 1.8 GTi cabrio DX engine - what is the order for removal of studs?

Also what are the torque settings for replacement of all items?

oppostit to tighenign if your been posh,  on 8v  just crack them all then spin them out,   in theory going from the outsides in    but no need tbh
