Ok i got my self a vw golf r32 steering wheel for the bargin price of 60 quid with airbag , and im going to hook it up to my golf 3.
Only thing is with the mot it wont pass will it? Because someone told me you cant hook up the horn button. But it has to be wired up so it can and new laws say it must be on the steering wheel
Anyone got any info on this?

Just do what we did with our Chrysler. The clockspring went, so while we was waiting for that to get done, the MOT was due. We judt drilled a hole on the column and put a new switch and horn in. Passed fine.
