Living in London I DETEST people with 4x4. I have also noticed that non of them know how to drive properly.

Plenty of very good Porsches around for £19k now. Look at 996 prices!

Yeah... but they're not new though (he says, before quickly running off to Autotrader to see what he can get at that price )        Only problem is, Porsche's aren;t available in 5-door guise which means I can't justify it as a family car

4 door porsche as seen on top gear. looks fugly.

Haha... guy in a 4x4 (not sure what but its a monster) this morning pulls onto the forecourt at work like hes Senna. When hes reversing off he  slides straight back into a Volvo estate parked on the other side of the road. Why do 4x4 drivers seem to think that they are cool in the snow??? I see more 4x4's hitting kerbs and trees than anything else in the snow!!

Surely they cant all possibly think that 4x4's have some kind of advance braking feature for the snow?? :undecided:

996 porsches for 2 kids are more than adequate....I borrowed my mates C2S 996 and had me and the missus, plus 12 and 9 year in the back....They loved it...  But one your kids get bigger....they'll need to walk

I had a 4x4 before my TT (before GTI) and loved it.  I moved house twice whilst I had it and saved myself a fortune in Van Hire.  Was great for Xmas tree too last year.  Seats down and 7ft tree straight in....no problem.  (BTW - Was a Nissan Pathfinder 2.5 Aventura....Brilliant)
