Massive thread on Briskoda about a couple of variations of those cheapo chinese efforts.  Witson is one of the brands.

I have Bose Audio in my S3 and I can tell you it's not a patch on the quality of the RNS510 I had in the Octy.  Ok so it is a lot of money but it is a very, very good unit.
