Polo TDi sport help with disc & pad replacement

Evening all

I am a novice mechanic and need to replace the front discs and pads on the wifes 2002 (52) Polo 1.9TDi Sport.Does anybody know what size discs and pad type I need also will I need Torx or spline drives etc to get the calipers off ?

To get the right pads/Discs check out GSF or ECP they should do them.

Not too sure on the tools you'll need
