16v low duration cams

as you can tell i am looking for boost on my 16v engine and want to reduce the lift and overlap on my cams for something a little less wild.. 
what other cams would fit in the abf head to make it a little more suitable for boost?.

abf cams don't have much overlap,  and are usable for turbo,  they are the highest lift std 16v cams.   the other option is 9a cams   saying that people use kr ones as well
