Last night all lights on my valver started pulsing head, tail, dash has anyone had a similar issue?

i tightened my alternator belt and that seemed to fix mine??

That'll alomost defo be an earth issue. The shed I just bought only had two strands left connected to the neg terminal, and they pulsed really badly!
