was a factory option on lhd models, but not rhd. However there was a few places that converted them to RHD, you could get it done through VAG.

Hi

I think do or did a conversion kit, it was about £300 + fitting I think,

I'll admit when your parking, the MK1 is Ba*tard heavy, but when your moving it's light, and when you're going really quick, it gets a bit flighty...
