rear lights
« on: 11 October 2008, 13:36 »
just purchased a set of (cheapish £100) R32 rear lights for my GTI off ebay, looks like a fairly simple job to swap them, anything to look out for, there off an 07 UK car so i presume wiring etc no probs.
steel grey, 5 door , leather, parking sensors, IPod, 18" monza,MF wheel,  K&N filter , smoked rear lights and mirror indicators,,, no remap..... yet!!

all you need is a 10mm rachet spanner to undo 2 nuts and lift up blue spring clip which holds in wiring loom. Then the whole unit just lifts off.

easy peasey.
