had to happen the day after i handed over the cash for my new turbo lol.

Anyone bidding on this needs to consider the following points
you will need
at LEAST a 2.5 inch downpipe
a custom remap from jabba or similar
re-machined/replacement turbo inlet pipe
bigger injectors (AGU engines, not sure about later models)

also if the new kit produces around 300 lbft torque or more you'll need an uprated clutch, or you can say byebye dual mass flywheel (?)

aside from that, the IHI turbos are an awesome bit of kit

what upgrade have you gone for? the k03s? if so what sort of power you looking to get and who did you go with. i sound like the gestapo with all the questions. anyway we have vays of making you talk..

yep k03 sport, ?350 brand new from a guy on seatcupra.net (he has used ones too for around 220) not bad considering they're nearly a grand from Audi.
inlet pipe will be replaced with a samco silicone jobby.
i dont think ill get much more from it with the revo code im running now, maybe another 10 horses, revo are still working on code for agu + k03s
after a custom remap though (if/when i can afford it) i could be looking at 235 - 240 bhp.

so thats all you need is it just a samco inlet jobbie, and it will run ok for now on the revo software. and its a direct bolt on part. injector's ect all ok for the job?. let me know how it go's as it sounds like with a custom map it could be a tidy bhp per increse. i have had a look on some sites and with our mod's they recon it will see around 235bhp as you rightly said.

injectors on our AGU's are supposed to be good for 250bhp, uprated FPR couldnt hurt though.
