a good point here - have a session with a wire brush and then re-underseal. the bit that has already been 'welded' may need a re do though??

I helped my mate sort out the vr6 he bought off me.
The sills looked rotten on both sides, we wired brushed now back to shiney metal, used kurust, then underseal.
It does depend if there is any metal left!
