Head bolt Torque setting

Does anybody know the torque setting for the headbolts on an 8v digifant engine please ? I know they are int the ahynes somewhere but I don't have one to hand.

There's normally a piece of paper in the headgasket packaging that gives you the torque setting recommended by the gasket manufacturer.

It IS a new gasket, isn't it?

Isnt it 40nm, 60nm, 90deg, 90deg? i look at those gaskets enough week in week out  :nerd:

That sounds about right to me, although my 16v had one 180 degree turn at the end not, two 90 degrees.

SDall, Remember theres a bolt sequence too!!
