it was bored out to a 1.9, got hot cams and rev'd to 8k

you can see when tiff's driving it, it goes well past the original redline to about 8k... tell me that's on a standard 1.8 with standard cams.

We have set up for the golf championship cars running standard engines and a standard exhaust manifold that made 176bhp.
Standard engines as far as I now are not 1.9 and cammed to the max from the factory!
