Same on mine, Cleaned maf sensor vac pipes TBody and air intake system etc.(now a monthly job as i have found modded air box and filter klags up your intake system quicker!)
Much better then Changed, MK3 poop ecu and fuel pump relays and for morning stalling cleaned isv. Also new fuel filter, cleaned Lambda probe.
Car runs a dream and pulls all the way up to 6k :evil:
isv needs a clean this weekend as did not start first time earlier this week last time i cleaned it was May

vw bush is yours a 16v as i think 8v's don't have an isv

Sure does mate bolts to top of inlet manifold by T body had to solder wires in harness once when i pulled em out unclipping the harness! :grin:

Only bosch injectioncars have an isv... so thats 8v models upto 94 and all 16v models
post 94 8v cars used simos fuel injection which dont have an isv

KR had an isv for sure ive defo cleaned that one :wink:

thought mine didnt have an idle stablization valve - post 94 model :) but i didnt know that before i spent an hour looking for it when the problem stated months ago, but i know all about cleaning the isv as i used to have a mk2 oak green 16v .....ah the extreme acceleration days ....sigh.....
anyway ......
