Any one want VAG-COM in cornwall ?
« on: 21 August 2008, 23:22 »
Im in mid cornwall and have just forked out £400+ for a laptop and vag com cables just to read my codes... and all i had was air temp sensor so after all that it seems a bit of a waste of money...

If any one needs VAG-COM i will do it.   Im in mid cornwall but regularly in north cornwall, i will come to you, or you come to me.  Dont charge if you come to me.   just gime a bit of petrol money if i come to you.

I can do the Early 2+2 or OBD2 so pretty much any golf.

I think there is/was a list somewhere of people around the country with VAG-COM. Check under Garage or Site News.

edit: Found it

But for the purest engine experience, displacement has no replacement. All other methods are simply attempts to artificially recreate the benefits of displacement.
