That is identical to the genuine Touareg one, part no 7L0 012 233, with a retail price from your friendly VW dealer of £3.69 !!! I've heard of "mark-up", but that is just a rip-off! 
....I wish I'd known that earlier but at least I've got one now, so no regrets.

Well, at least it wasn't an expensive part to start with, if you get my drift!
I've only recently got a couple, one for each. The RS did come as standard with a plastic one (as do all Audis), but the sheer closeness of the "rim to caliper interface"
, the deep offset of RS rims, and the relatively short lenght of the original plastic one - made it pretty useless on the RS. These long alloy ones are much better though.
