18t Install to mk3 Guide??

Hi Ya
Does anyone know if there is an install/convertion guide for putting an 18t in to a mk3  - 16v if it matters.

Let me know if there is.

doing mine too soon, 16v is easier as you can use your own gbox/clutch and pedal box..
