Coilover tracking advice

Going to be fitting mine tomorrow and getting the tracking checked after, what settings should I use std or something different please.

I would wait a week or two before tracking is done.....get them bedded down and also get them to your normal height (as youll adjust them a few times first!! before your happy) and then take it to somewhere than can also adjust camber too....will cost £50-75 but worth every penny as it'll handle great

What settings did you use please, std or something else.

Not that I've had this done but from a reasonable understanding of suspension geometry I would say the following:
The toe out (tracking) should probably be set to the standard setting as the front wheels should still move forward by roughly the same amount when pulling the car.
The camber should be set to the standard setting if you want your tyres to wear evenly and at a reasonable rate. If you want a bit more grip you could have them set you a bit of extra negative camber but then expect your tyres to wear quicker. The only issue that may arise is that they can't set the camber to standard without narrower strut bolts that allow more adjustment on extremely lowered cars.

Or, if like me you want mondo grippage and damn the rubber then you can just put as much camber on as you can squeeze out of it!
