tick tick tick tappits
« on: 09 May 2008, 00:26 »
so just after my 2e/big valve head conversion had covered 1500 miles, on start up, until the car warms up to 80' one of the tappits is so so loud. after that its not as obvious

i really dont feel like taking the thing apart again. is there anything i can do?

if it makes a difference, i havent done an oil change yet, as iv moved house and no longer have a garage

a thicker oil can help even my boss always says, cause it gets into them and hangs on that bit better
