Sounds like someone that has spunked loads of cash into a mk3 1.6 to get all the those features, and thinks that abs also means traction control......

Hm it wount be 16v, there is a 1.4L 16V Polo that is 100BHP or a 1.6L 8V golf that is 100BHP

they did do a 1.6 16v golf with 100bhp..... remember reading about it in a buyers guide in a mag.

auto data didnt show up any 16V engines but its possible as the polo was fitted with one at the same year.
