golf 16 valve timing chain noise and amp

hello just got my 16 valve idling its was isv .notice at idle back of head timing chain noisey is it normal and ok or does it need replacing???.also fitted a cd player and found a sony amp under passenger seat is that standard or a add on??

As far s i know and ABF has no chains, all belts so if the timing belt is becoming noisey i'd get that looked at asap.

yea its belt driven,  the only chain is the oil pump chain but that wouldnt make much noise and rarly fail.
If you have noises from your timing belt its only a mater of time before it rights off your engine so get it looked at.   
Its more likely to be something else.... mabey noisy alternator bearings or something?
