Can someone tell me if the airbox from a mk3 8v and 16v are the same?

I belive the metering unit is diffrent so the air box is modified to fit the metering unit. So yea the early 8V wouldnt fit a 16V but mabey a later one would, i think the meter is on the actual pipe on them. Some one else may be able to confim that.

nope sorry, the 8v has an AFM/MAF, and the 16v does not!
