hi all' just want to know where you point the timing gun. timing belt side or mark on flywheel. its to set ignition timing as my cars making a pinkin sound ?thanks

flywheel... theres a green plastic nut (looks like a huge nut with a bolt hole on the top of the box) and this is where you can see the timing marks

yeah remove the green plug.... its where vw fit there special timing gear
