For the 16v you just need an exhaust cam. But its very hard to do yourself so I'd get a machining shop to cut the gear off as the metal is incredibly hard, then turn the sprocket so the marks line up.
I'll give it a miss, was just interested in case it was an easy upgrade that I hadn't heard off...
Is there an easy way to see if mine has already had the WUR upgrade ?
and can anybody recommend a good tuning place in Ipswich, Suffolk or East Anglia ??
