In a word no. Well it can be done with a lot of work.
Change the pistons, aux shaft and oil pump, all the cam belt drive pulleys, tensioner, blank off the dist hole in the block, alternator is different, will need to fit G60 inserts in the inlet manifold to fit the digi injectors. You will have to make a fuel rail or buy one from Ross os similar. I'm sure there is more. (I would find a cheep 16v engine and go that way, there must be one around here
