Oil Warning Problem

My oil senser went so ive fitted a new one and thats stopped the leak, topped up the oil and the dip stick says theres plenty in the car.

The problem now is the dash light is flashing when ever i rev above 1,000RPM, If the car is idol the light stops flashing, however everytime i then rev above that the light comes on again. Any ideas?

Hi, Fielder.  
Sounds like you have fitted the wrong type of sensor. Check the post further down for more info on the sensors.. (buzzing noise oil).
