right guys and girls I have three projects that in all honesty with a full time jo and the business I am not going to get done so need to concentrate on just one.

1, 1991 mk2 H reg  Golf VAN rust free tornado pink with lowered suspension 16v brakes, 1991 spec jetta gti 16v front seats and carpeted rear quarter. GTD badges with  GTD engine and intercoooler  ftted although needs a new pump as starts fine from cold but wont start when warm. 1989 spec gti bumpers and arches with tinted glass and rear spoiler

plan was full respray, edition one g60 purple  sort engine out and nice wheels

2, 1991 bright blue gti 5dr rust free but needs a respray front end  family owned from new fsh etc although 220 thousand miles replacement engine fitted engine fitted. Despite high mileage interior is mint.

plan was respray front end and sunroof (badly scratched) estorials (allready have polished)

3 1991 H reg 3dr white gti with 20v engine fitted on cosworth management system (transplanted from a breaker) although now bottom end knocks although have a replacement bottom end.

Plan was rebuild engine nice wheels and better brakes as still running 236

love to do all three but with very little time and taking up space two have got to go

My question is which one to really go to town on and which two to cut my losses on and sell.

Although I part own Not Escorts these are my cars and not the businesses what you think ideas welcome

Keep the van sell the other two.

I love bright blue but you can pick one of those up pretty easily if you really want another.

20v sounds like fun but hey the engine's knocking and it sounds like it needs all the running gear upgrading.

The van is a bit different and would be absolutely gorgeous in edition one purple. It's a diesel so it's gagging for some sort of petrol injection transplant. You simply don't see many of these so it would definately be the one I'd keep.

Just my thoughts

As it sounds like time is the main factor, I would go with the blue GTI as it will be the easiest to finish. But if you will find the van useful, i.e. the loading bay, then I would go with that.

bang the b/e on the 20v, sell it me for 500quid and sell the 5door, keep the van, and be happy with yourself.

and strangely enough im being serious about the 20v and selling it me.

even sell me the 20v and the spare b/e and i'll do it... i dont mind!

noble tuned - and still not fast enough!
