Door Handles

Hi Guys/Gals,

I recently bought a 4set of door handles from volksbits for my 5door valver.
I wrongly assumed these to be the mk2 ones but they are apparently mk3 replacements for da mk2 (chinese imports)

Questions:
Are these mk3 handles problematic? anyone fitted em etc...

Are original mk2 handles absolete from dealers?

Anyone used the mk2 (not mk3) handles from da volksbits site?

All suggestions/help much appreciated!

I was looking to get a car alarm/security upgrade in the next month and want to sort all the handles out first, drivers side is seriously becoming a pain! :angry:

Aah looks like im going to be sending these back....

question now is: Get the mk2 variants on the site as a refund, or get a cash refund?

I had these fitted to my last golf and ended up chucking them in the bin, there rubbish.
I had numerous headaches with them so I'd get yourself a genuine set of mk2 ones and you won't go wrong  :laugh:

Crap, will ring dealers :, think they were quoting something ridiculuous like 35 quid a handle last time!? :shocked:

try a scrap yard m8 or on here, you will pay high prices from the main dealers  :angry:
