Hmmm, so you telling me that no caucasian persons perform these mods?  Why even bring race into it... surely it is wealth

Well in South Africa we have two main cars on our roads. The CitiGolf (MK1 lookalike) and the polo. BEing almost the cheapest cars around the market is huge and the certain race I am talking about (colourds cough cough, serioucly im not a racist) have access to such a huge variety of parts over here that they turn those cars into seriously fast vehicles.

Very valid point there northerner!! Can I just also ask why exactly you had your engine changed?? An more to the point how much did it cost? was it under warranty??? Did you consider getting the ED30 engine and setup??

They dont have the engines changed. Parts in South Africa are extremely cheap. I bought coloured into the story cos they have all the connections. They know the right people etc.

So its not really about wealth. But more about who can get what for what price. I dont modify cars. So I would not know.

Is everyone on the same page Im on? Or should I just shut up? :embarassed:
