Denso Iridium spark plugs

Denso Iridium spark plug.
Are they any good ?
?40 quid a set and giving 5 to 15 bhp or is that loads of bull ?
Has anyone use those .. ?

Me's thinx that might be wishfull thinking. Might be wrong though. Only thing is I can see them doing is improving your spark efficiency, cold starting, idle etc. Bit like a Bosch super4 does? Anyone else?

dunno but any one recommend a good plug for my 1.8 20v non turbo model?? servicing on wed and havent got any plugs yet ???

Bosch F7LTCR's are as good as any mate

bosch super 4 plugs get my vote, mainly cos you don't  have to set the gaps which does my head in. there was also a noticable improvement in fuel efficiency and started much better in cold weather, but that could have been due to my mobil 1.

all in my civ, got no clue what its like in a vw.
