Here's my GTI (Not 56k friendly)
« on: 20 March 2004, 00:17 »
Been reading alot here last week and registered a couple days ago and figured I should introduce myself.

Im from Norway, so there might be some spelling mistakes but Im sure you can live with it.

Anyways,
Originally a Golf GL from '85, rebuilt to a 90 spec GTI 8v (wanted the 8v as they're a bit easier to work with, + cheaper insurance & parts)
Bilstein pss9 coils, EBC turbogroove brakes, k&n, the usual stuff. The pics tell pretty much everything. Oh and the Tekno wheels are just for winter use, got something wider coming on in a months time :P Either Brock B1 16x9 or some Compomotive MO's 16x8, I cant really decide.. anyone have an opinion?

Alright, lets see If I can get these pics working.

And two pics of my old Monzablue GTI 16V that got stolen Sept last year, still not found :(

R.I.P.

Feedback, positive & negative comments are welcome. Suggestions etc :P

Love the car matey, keep up the good work but sorry to hear about yours getting stolen, just goes to show that no matter where you live in the world there's always some little toe rag that wants to have a go at your property.  :(

Comp MO's look great on Mk2's. Thinking of getting a set for the trackday car I am building.
