Brake Compensator/Pressure valve and MOT??

Hi i have nearly completed a mk2 project consisting of a mk2 shell, i have used mk3 2l 16v subframes front and rear along with mk3 brakes, on a brake test the rears were locking up well b4 the fronts! scary!! we removed the load sensor spring and then the brakes were perfect. I got told to buy a brake pressure valve some call it a brake bias valve, then to remove the vw brake compenstator/load sensing setup altogether and replace with the brake pressure valve.

If i done this would it pass a mot??

Is the existing valve seized or something? You would need a pair of brake biasing valves that fit into the line on the master cylinder to do away with the under car valve (master cylinder>valve>brake pipe) but tbh you would be better off fitting a replacement load valve (under the car) and getting it adjusted properly as it will work out far cheaper, have you lowered the car at all as this will effect the valve and the effort of the rear brakes

Need to adjust the valve then, theres a guide somewhere showing you how but cant remember where im afraid, a case of stretching the spring iirc but thats your problem
