lol i am the same! car looks nice but as soon as i touch anthying it either stops working or a cloud of smoke comes out! love the mk1 golf!!! its great, i love having my ears chewed by my wife to scrap it!  :laugh: getting close to that point too i can tell you!!  :cry:
