rolling road setup

well fellas the time has come to find out what my lil' old car can do.

wanted to get it set up on midland vw's road but its out of action untill after xmas. so im off to awesome gti in the morning to have her set up on their rolling road instead.

im booked in for 11am if anyone is at a loose end please pop over.

i will let you all know how it goes.

Let us know what Awesome's like yeah? Me and a few mates are planning to pop down sometime for a rolling road sesh  :smiley:

What performance you expecting?
Done much in the way of mods?

i have absolutely no idea what kind of figures to expect. i will list the engine mods and see what you all think

full scorpion s/s exhaust
k&n panel filter
polished and ported head with modified valve stem radii and 20000 skimmed off to increase compression
full rebuilt, lightened and balanced 2e 2.0l conversion
sach fast road clutch
16v gearbox
g20 front mount
raddo vr6 twin fan rad
fast road cam

Yeh I'd be interested in what Awesome are like - they are the closest RR tuner to me - and I'm in Cumbria!

Let me know if they can do they WUR mod on a valver!
