hi im wanting to lower my golf but the back springs i think need replacing because it has towed alot( is it teh springs sumfin else wen its been towed) and i wanted to no is it teh whole suspension system tha needs replacing to lower the car....and where i cud get the best deal on a koni adjustable suspension or a koni 35 mm drop suspension

You can just fit lowered springs to lower your car but it is a good idea to get a matched kit and KONI are very good.

Eibach springs are also good.
