Hi, I'm Matt and I, like some others have been lured to the ways of the VW from the classic mini scene (another who can blame Horney.....)!
I recently sold my last mini, breaking a near 15 year run of being an owner.
I changed my daily hack recently to a 98 GT TDi, and the lure of a Mk2 8v as a play thing is becoming too much, especially as I live only a few miles from Castle Combe circuit and I've not been on the track for a few years now!
I'll be looking out in the next couple of months for a part project car, as i'm handy with a welder and a tool kit, so looking forward to some fixing.
