Well I was on my way to meet a prospective buyer for my 8v, when something hit the friggin' window and I ended up with an 8'' crack.
Oh joy!! Quick detour to the carglass place near me, and they had a replacement in stock. The next bit I could not believe. I drove out ten minutes later with a new screen!!
It was drive in, pay, out with the old, in with the new, quick polish and drive. I was well impressed, although I was 141 €uros lighter.
Result?? A sold (in principle) car to a delighted Spaniard.
Hope he enjoys the car as much as I did.
