I've got ET28 up front and ET18 at the back with a 40mm drop, 195/50 tires. No rubbing up front (eagle F1s) but the rears rubbed untill I fitted falken ze512s, which have a 'stretched look' so tuck in more than the average 195/50 tire.
195/45s will probably give you enough clearance though! I've also had ET24 front & rear with 195/50 tires (toyo ts1-r all round), rears were no problem but the fronts did catch on harsh bumps and very uneven camber roads.
