^ Powerflex.  Apparently they go in by hand.  This was a reluctant choice after what some people say about rear wheel steer with vw bushes but others have assured me they are fine and dont make things too harsh.  The decission was made for me really coz I don't have a press and have a long list of other jobs I want to do......

i did these babys on my old 1.6 driver...What a complete fooker.. ended up only doing one... i decided to undo the brake pipes for extra clearance.. unfortuantly they were fooked 2.. so new flexi hoses front to rear brake pipes and a whole day later i only did the one lol
