heater and radio no working!

as above i have just purchased a 88 digi gti, the heater and radio have stopped working and i cant fathiom it out as they are on a separate fuse, any help would be greatly appreciated.

its ok  it was a fuse, how impulsive i am,

i bought an 1990 8v today, heater works but i plugged a radio in and nothing, will get the volt meter on it tomorrow.. should really check the fuse though

be aware that on the MK2 the live feed is where most stereos expect the accessory live to be, and most dont even have an accessory feed, so you'll have to run one or bridge the live & ign live wires together on the rado loom.  Most of them have the ability to do this
