I'd go for a k-jet 8v or 16v pump in that case, will supply more than enough! Just remove both the under car and in tank fuel pumps along with all the fuel lines in between. Also, nick the 2 lines from the metering head to the main fuel lines, as you can chop out the threaded -> barbed hose fittings if needed

It will all bolt up no bother, if I were you I'ds also pinch the fuel pump relay and pump loom as well. Try to get it from a car with the same type of fusebox as yours though! Check my fusebox FAQ for more info.
