Yes - I too replaced the very same relays from the dealer as no 30 was definitely u/s, but noticed recently they get rather warm - hot you could say. Usually with relays this is is largely down to a poor contact somewhere, so I cleaned up the relay tangs with emery paper, bent them a bit to impove the contact with the relay box spade connector, gave it a spray of WD40 and no further problems so far.... just a thought
