I used jubilee clips on the 2 main hangers on mine as well, works a treat!

the rear hanger on gambits looks different to mine
i think i will try powerflow first as i have one close to me and if they use standard mounts i will be trying to fit some jubilee clips cheers for all the responses

My ernst backbox had a non-vw hanger on it and it sat a bit low, using some lateral thinking I fitted a ford bracket & rubber which is much stronger and it sits nicely now

as other people have said, i put a jubillee clip round my rear exhaust rubber, works a treat, and stops any large bouncing movement in the exhaust

I've got ford exhaust hangers on mine too, credit where it's due ford seem to make pretty heavy duty hangers. Plus theres a lot more fords in the scrappers than there are Vws
