hi all
i need help and advice about the brakes on my 1.6gl A reg mk2 golf.
when the car has been running about 25 mins the brake pedal goes spongy and the brakes are only just working i have to pump the pedal to get pressure but it also drops the revs down half way below the 1 mark on the rev clock.
on start up the brakes work fine they also work fine if the car has rested between journeys.
please any help as she is my daily driver.
